Huron County OPP have arrested a 19 year old after an incident with a weapon on December 2nd.
OPP were responding to a call just before 4pm on East Street in Goderich. Police attempted to arrest a person after they learned of an incident of a weapon being swung at a victim. The suspect fled at high speeds through Goderich.
Police did not chase but later located the suspect when they were called to a residence in Huron Haven
The 19 year old suspect from Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh is facing 12 charges including assault with a weapon, 2 counts of assault, 2 counts of failure to comply with probation, dangerous operation and flight from police.
