A 17 year old is facing multiple charges who didn’t stop for a school bus and crashing into a stop sign.
On December 4th at around 3pm, Perth County OPP was preforming traffic enforcement when they noticed a vehicle not stop for a school bus in Atwood who then proceeded onto a side road, hitting a stop sign.
The driver and the four passengers were not injured with police noticing open containers of alcohol in the vehicle.
The 17 year old of Palmerston was charged with Failure to Stop for a School Bus, Careless Driving and Failure to Surrender Licence.
The accused was given fines totaling $1305.
